Change set #17930 was used for modifying because according to comments in source control of CKS.FBA on codeplex, it was used for beta 1.0 release (release was made 02.10.2008)

1. 2012-05-31: MembershipRequestControl was changed in order to fix bug http://bt.smartru.com/view.php?id=437.
2. 2012-09-01: EditUser class for page was changed: fix bug during edit of user. If user's group was deleted from Sharepoint, page gave NullReferenceException.
3. 2013-05-20: email validation regexp in UserEdit.aspx, UserNew.aspx was changed in order to allow emails which start from digits (http://bt.smartru.com/view.php?id=751).
